What this site is

This is a reference directory built from public government records. It is not legal or medical advice, not a referral service, and not a substitute for the California Division of Workers' Compensation's own records or the panel-selection process. Nothing here is a recommendation of any evaluator.

Accuracy

Listings reflect the public DWC records as of the last time they were read and may not reflect recent changes. Verify details with the evaluator's office and with the DWC before relying on them. See About this directory for how the data is sourced.

Acceptable use

You may browse, search and link to this site freely. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the listings for republication, use the contact details for marketing or unsolicited messages, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent your identity when submitting a profile claim.

Profile claims

Submitting a claim form does not by itself transfer control of a listing. Claims are verified manually against the license details you provide, and we may decline or reverse a claim.

Cookies and privacy

Use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains the small amount of data stored in your browser.

Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
