Listing information

The evaluator information published on this site comes from public government records maintained by the California Division of Workers' Compensation. It is professional information — name, credential, specialty, office address, office phone — published by the state for public reference. We do not collect or publish personal information about evaluators from any other source.

If you are a listed evaluator and believe information about you is inaccurate or should be removed, write to info@qmeevaluators.com.

Information you send us

When you submit the profile claim form, we store the name, email address, license number and any message you provide. That information is used only to verify that you are the evaluator named on the profile and to reply to you. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It stores two small values in your browser: your cookie-notice choice, and your display preferences (larger text, high contrast) if you set them. Administrative sign-in, used only by site staff, stores a session token in the browser. You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings; clearing it simply restores the defaults.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical request information such as IP address, time and requested page for security and reliability purposes. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

Children

This is a professional reference site and is not directed at children.
